  If you’re gonna pull me up to wait, you could let me know before paying that you need to put bacon on to cook. Should t have accepted my order. Also, why didn’t you start the bacon when I ordered? After I got through the pay step, you informed me that you were staring bacon. “Fast food”….

  So I went there in the automated system did take my order and then remained silent for another at least two to three minutes then somebody comes on the microphone and takes my order barely audible we pull up to the window not knowing what the price is yet and barely ought to believe he tells us it's $21 we do pay he gives us change we wait another 2 minutes then he tells us to pull up without explaining why we sit there pulled up for another at least 5 minutes I shut the vehicle off the car behind me pulled up and went to the right of me and also he's waiting after more than 5 minutes I got out of my vehicle went into the Bojangles there's a person asleep at one of the tables the places are mess I go to the counter The guy looks at me like what what do you want didn't ask me anything I simply said Where's my food he said we're waiting I said okay on what he said we told you that's why you pulled up and I said you didn't tell me why he said oh we're waiting on fries and I said that would have been nice to know and he said that's what we're waiting on worse customer service I've ever experienced and Bojangles does not rank high it's right up there where Burger King but this was ridiculous

  I’ve never received food out of the drive thru window… we always have to pull into a spot and get our food 20min later and there is no one here.

  Not sure what happened tonight, my family was missing fries and a side of mac and cheese, after we had already waited in the parking lot for our food to come out. Not to mention the one side of mac and cheese that we did get was dry and very old. My 5 year old niece told me that it tasted bad halfway through eating it and I took a look at her mac and cheese, needless to say it looked and tasted disgusting. Waste of money.

  Unless you want to wait 30 min for a biscuit and fries only for them to bring out the incorrect order id advise you to go to a different location. And you’d think after 30 minutes the food would be hot and fresh.. lol. Wrong. They had me pulled over to the side walk for 30 minutes. They have you pull up to avoid their timer going off so corporate doesn’t contact them. Gives them an excuse to not deliver the food at a decent time and very unorganized as there are no designated spots to pull up at so they don’t know whose order goes to who. I swear I could’ve gotten quicker service at a sit down restaurant with a server.
