- SSShelia Starr1 day ago1.0Came in and ordered two hot fudge sundae’s. I barely got five drops of hot fudge because there was none left in the pump and my husband got none. He looked at the employee and said oh well just charge me for two scoops instead of the sundae. I don’t know why but a two scoop hot fudge sundae is cheaper than just getting two scoops of ice cream? She should’ve explained that, but in any case she had an attitude like we did something wrong🤷♀️. We walked over to pay and under her breath she said wanna receipt? My husband said no, and he had not even put his credit card into the machine and she rolled her eyes and walked off to the back before the payment even went through. I don’t even know how this place is even still in business?? Obviously, I did not read all these bad reviews before I went. Obviously, there’s not a manager there either or they have horrible business practices, but either one is bad. These employees need to be retrained! Obviously the owner of this establishment doesn’t care either because as I read all these bad reviews, I don’t see any response from the owner, and obviously the attitude of these employees have not changed either. I hope this place goes out of business, especially reading there was mold in their ice cream storage. Dirty store and nasty attitudes by the employees. I will not be back! There’s an ice cream place called Carolina creamery directly across the street.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
