- KMKimberly MosleyApr 6, 20261.0This is usually an excellent Dunkin'. However, today I placed my mobile order as normal via the drive-thru, only to be told they were out of matcha, which was fine. What wasn't fine was how the employee working the drive-thru aggressively informed me that she could not cancel the order on her end and that I needed to call customer service myself. So I sat there for a few minutes, completely unacknowledged, while she and other employees gossiped, which I recorded. I then had to pull around and place an entirely separate order, paying again, without ever receiving a cancellation confirmation or refund for the matcha order. She only began acting pleasant once she heard customer service on my speakerphone. Absolutely unacceptable.

Its not hard to heat the food up to where the cream cheese in the middle isn't still have frozen. This is the only coffee place I pass on my drive to work from home, so knowing this is the expectation each time I go is disappointing. I just want my stuffed mini bagels I love so much to be warm, is that too much to ask?
