  Order took almost 40 minutes longer to be ready then the estimated time and then on top of that they messed up every aspect of the order. They have me the wrong pizzas and messed up with sauce quantities. They even messed up the breadsticks!!! I would prefer drive 20 minutes to a further store and eat it cold then order from here again.

  I took my daughter to this location tonight, and she says this is the best Papa John's pizza she has had any any of the locations we have been to. The pizza was also ready really quickly which was an added bonus! Great experience!

  Papa Johns hosted our school spirit night this week and let's just we bombarded them with orders! They were slammed but through it all they remained calm and patient and provided excellent customer service. And the pizza, we give it a 10 our of 10!

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE is all I can say, you can't order online, theirbsystem won't accept CC, they don't honor online coupons because and I quote " our system doesn't recognize it", after you place your order told 45 minutes for CARRY OUT, arrive to see people standing in parking lot waiting over an hour, check in and told it will be another 30 minutes. A Manager who actually doesn't care if you are there or not. Well all I can say is good luck and go 1/4 mile to Asheville Pizza Company (APC) pay a little more but get treated like a customer and actually be able to get take out.
