However the manager Sal and his coworkers were making the most of a short staffed situation. Attitudes were good and food was good. To the local Bojangles franchise owner. The folks that are actually showing up to work deserve a raise. They could easily walk out and work somewhere that is fully staffed but they are making you money.

- ECEva CJan 21, 20261.0The counter girl taking orders has NO business handling customers. She was SO RIDE. Angry at the world type attitude. She have not greeting and since it was my first ever visit I asked what Bojangles sauce is, here response was "I don't know.". Three times! Then she rudely said "I don't know! I don't eat the food here!" Zero attempt was made to ask another employee, ask a manager or even offer for me to try it and if I don't like then I can ask for another sauce. When I finished ordering she just stood there looking annoyed. I had to ask if I get a receipt to which she rudely nodded her head to the right and said "you get it down there!". As if I was supposed to automatically know. I had told her it was my first visit. The girl down the line also told me she didn't know what Bojangles sauce was, saying she'd never had it BUT she did still try to explain what others had told her about it. That was helpful. Ate some tenders that were OK, hard to mess that up. The surprise and BEST part of the whole experience was the biscuit! It was hot, so soft and yummy. Sadly after this experience though even the biscuit isn't enough to make me want to go back to a Bojangles.
