They left out my son’s entire meal, but handed me a large bag, drinks, and ice cream, and said “have a good night!” I called as soon as I noticed the missing food, but my other food was getting cold and ice cream was melting, so I was told to come back the next day for a refund, and that they would also replace the meal. They took my name, assured me there would be a note left to inform the daytime staff, and assured me there would be no issue. When I went back at lunchtime today, they had no idea what I was talking about and did not honor that, even when I shared proof of my transaction and call. I don’t eat at McDonalds often, and despite the convenient location, this was my first and last experience at this one.
