I am a patient person and I understand if the place is busy. But there was no line the place wasn't packed. A person came by the window several times and walked away. I placed an online order like 10 mins ahead of me getting there.... yet no one came to the window. 3 people drove around us. But we were coming from a funeral and just wanted to get food and go home.
When a lady drove to the window and honked they came to the window so we did the same because I had already paid.
I hope service gets better. Everyone has a bad day I get it...but.. that was wrong

Every time I come in the morning (4am) they tell me their system is rebooting and I won’t be able to order for 15 mins due to “it transitioning to breakfast”. Also nobody ever at the register

Order is somehow always wrong?? Rude teenage girls and the manager seems to tolerate that. Those girls get away with to much attitude.

A company this large should not tolerate leadership of this caliber. Melissa, who introduced herself as the General Manager, handled this situation extremely poorly. Before I could even explain the issue, she came out with an attitude and immediately escalated the situation instead of listening.
The original problem was simple: I ordered a kids’ milk. The manager at the speaker misunderstood me three separate times, repeatedly asking what kind of kids’ meal I wanted. Each time, I calmly clarified that I was not ordering a kids’ meal—just a kids’ milk.
I was traveling and needed milk for my daughter so she could nap, which is why I chose what I believed would be a convenient and reliable option. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Having a bad day is not an excuse for dismissing a customer. Melissa told me, “You ordered a milk, goodbye,” and shut the door before I could explain what happened.
This interaction explains the culture at this location—it reflects the leadership running it. Being located in a gas station does not justify unprofessional or rude behavior. Both Melissa and the managers involved should be reevaluated. I was later told by the window staff that the person who took my order was also a manager, which makes this even more concerning.
