- DCDanielle ChapmanDec 31, 20251.0The manager of the Mebane store needs to be fired!! I received my order and it was beyond burnt and dry. This was a delivery order. When I called the store to speak to the manager he told me he was not going to refund anything and I could come back up there and pick up the pizzas even though it was a delivery order. I told him I would not be coming up there to pick up anything, he then proceeded to tell me o well and it wasn’t his issue. He has the most disgusting attitude and does not deserve to have a job as a manager let alone work for that company.

I offered because I realized it’s Saturday night and maybe they’re short staffed. The guy who answered the phone was immediately very condescending and extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager and he said that he was the store manager and REFUSED to give me his name when I asked. He told me it was NONE of my business what his name was. He also cancelled my order and stated he doesn’t have time for people like me!! I’m not sure what he meant by that comment. Very rude and unprofessional! Since Domino’s has leadership like this talking to customers like this I will Never ever order again!!
