AI took the order and of course did not get it correct. I ordered 2 (2 piece chicken snack boxes with a biscuit and 2 drinks). Order came up to about $11.00 Got the windows to pay and was told they had no biscuits and only had thighs and breast. The only drink available was Starry. Was told one snack box would have breasts. It did not. They gave us 3 thighs in each box and charged us $17.00. AI had captured only 1 chicken snack box. No napkins was included with our order. We waited for at least 15 minutes in drive up window and was highly disappointed with the food received and the service. Will not be stopping again for chicken at this location.
