As I waited I received a notification saying my order was complete, it was not. Proceeded to wait ten more minutes before food was complete. All in all online order time was approximately 30 minutes to completion. They are able to manipulate this performance metric so if they're continually slow corporate will not know. This is evidence of mismanagement as well as deceit. Food was still good though just untimely.
