    Come to this Bojangles at least once a week 80% of the time to get the order wrong. Here at 10:30 and they’re supposed to be off the breath menu but they tell me they don’t have lunch items and the run out of biscuits. Someone needs to look in on how this place is managed.

    20 minutes waited for food after ordering. The people that came in last got their food and it went backward to the people that ordered first got their food last . That was on 11-6-25 . Will not be going back as this is the slowest place around.....

    AI took my lunch order correctly and when it came through the drive thru window I asked the lady working was everything in the box. After I returned to work for lunch I opened the box to find four Supremes with everything else I ordered. Well, only problem is I ordered the "5" peice Supreme Combo!!!! It took 14 minutes to get through the drive thru also. Unexceptable!!!! Please pay attention to the order!!!!

    It was slooooow. Took a very long time to get our food. We had to clean our own table. The hot bar with the fixins that you can see when walking thru the order line was a mess. If we didnt have time constraints, we would have left. On a better note, the food was good. It was what you would expect from Bojangles. It was hot, chicken was crispy, fries weren't overly seasoned, and the biscuit was soft. Oh and the tea was sweet.
