  Matthews It is NOT what it was for years. Not the same standards and it shows in the front door, lobby, cashier, food and bathrooms. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for a cold sandwich.

  We love this place and get it quite often. The sandwiches are always on point. The service is amazing! TodayI had to park far in the parking lot and with a bag full of sandwiches and four drinks was wondering how I was gonna make it in one trip to my car. One of the managers without me even asking came and helped me carry my stuff to the car we will always stay loyal to Jimmy John’s.

  Diamond and Jay are both amazing! I frequent this store weekly and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, but the customer service is even better. Diamond is definitely management material and Jay is such a sweetheart.
