First, we were greeted with respect and warmth as we announced we both served and we wanted to eat lunch at their location today. There were a few options provided, my wife had the chicken and a baked potato and started her meal with potato soup. I had the coconut shrimp and mashed potato's. I started off with a cesar salad. After the meal they offered us a slice of cheesecake. They also provided us with a gift card to return later for a meal. What a wonderful meal they provided and the staff was warm and welcoming. The entire staff was great and so was the food!

The service was good and prompt although it took longer than expected to get our entrees. My meal was as ordered and delicious although the asparagus that I ordered as a side was a very small portion of tiny yet tasty spears. However, my wife's steak was very overcooked (burnt). When we alerted our server to this, she told the manager about it who not only sent her a new steak cooked properly, but refunded the money for it on our check which to us was the right thing to do. 5 stars all around for good customer service and food quality that you would expect at Outback Steakhouse.

Cam gave us excellent service that evening, and it was the best service that I've experienced in many years. Part of our group got confused and went to the Outback in Pineville and was an hour late. As a result, we were there quite a long time. Cam came and checked on us regularly and gave us whatever we requested. I ordered my main course while some others ordered appetizers, then the full group ordered their meals when the last group came. My salmon was cooked perfectly and the others said that their steaks were all good. As a result of this courteous service, everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time.
