When I asked why, the girl said you wanted a large meal didn't you. I said I didn't ask for that so why would you charge me. She didn't answer and just changed the charge to what it should have been. I usually don't pay much attention when paying but after I saw what she did, I checked prior purchases I made and found that I had been overcharged the prior 2 times I visited this restaurant. Obviously this is a common practice at this location and I will not longer patronize it.
- SBStuart BOct 8, 20251.0This is meant to be fast food right? Ordered 2 coffees. 20 minutes later still waiting. In the meantime I see others order and collect their food. I try to catch someone's attention. When I eventually do, I ask if they could check. I see them walk away and carry on doing what they were doing. Later still they come back and ask to see my ticket. Then the penny drops that something's b gone wrong and we finally get our coffees. The staff avoid eye contact, when asked for something (e.g. a lady asking for a straw not provided with her order), they get it but without a word or eye contact. I'm guessing the staff are underpaid and massively underworked so don't blame them for all of this. Just a dreadful place. I guess drive thru is a better option as it's harder to be ignored.
