    I dont usually do reviews but this is the mcdonalds in my work parking lot and we went and unfortunately my moms burger was wrong and she can be very touchy, Monte was amazing and very fast about fixing the issue and even offered her a small treat to make up for it and it made my moms night before work so much better. No other mcdonalds has been as understanding to us before but this was perfect

    I tried to get the Grench meal. It changed to unavailable in the app cart. I said okay and ordered the med Grench fries cause large was also unavailable, Big Mac, and slushie for them to tell me they ran out of the Grench fries packets when I got there. Fries were half full and slushy already melted. Oh and they said they’d give me an apple pie for my troubles. Nope, they didn’t put it in the bag. Trust me save your money. McDonald’s is just a scam now. If I didn’t want a Double Cheeseburger sometimes, I’d wish the company would go bankrupt. Just get a real burger elsewhere and buy the same socks at the Dollar tree and save 20 bucks and your sanity.

    Just went through drive thru and bought 3 crispy chicken and the chicken was like chewing grissel. Thought it was the dill pickle crunching but no. They were all promptly thrown in the trash.

    Place order on the mobile app. Pulled up to drive thru line, lady came across speaker and took my code. Pulled up to window and got my tea and milkshake. After that Lady inside was messing with ice cream topping cup and it wouldnt work. Whike my food sat on the counter waiting for her to hand it out the window. Got my order and pulled off. My burger was cold. Fries were half cooked, chocolate milk shake was so full of syrup that is what it tasted like. Syrup. Sweet tea has been terrible last several times. For $14 and some change you would think you would get a meal worth eating. Worse McDonald's around Charlotte I got your reply but there is no store number on receipt or to be found any where, so your contact us doesn't work without store number
