    Order a burger without pickles, but there were pickles on it. The bun and burger were ice cold and only half was room temperature. No ketchup or sauces for the fries. They use to be decent. Not sure if they have a small combo meal because the options they provided is medium and large.

    This has to be the most consistently incompetent McDonalds I have ever visited. Every visit is just as bad as the last, and I continue giving the benefit of the doubt— at my own expense. Today i sat in the drive thru motionless for 15 minutes, placed an order in the mobile app to make the process faster, and by the time i finally get to the speaker, I'm told by the employee, "that order isn't coming up on my screen....". I come inside and I'm now told, "the order shows as cancelled on our end" while i have the current order still open on my screen. I'm just told to, "call the mobile app", and to cancel the order. When asked how I'll be compensated for the mobile app points that were redeemed in app, which wont be refunded, "call the mobile app." No offer to even make the order, no offer for any kind of compensation for wasted time and refund that will now take 1-7 days to receive. The last visit was another mobile order, placed for curbside pickup, waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a drink, and a coffee...

    This location is the worst. I end up waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up food I ordered from the app for them to tell me that it's not there and I'll have to cancel the order. I'm never going to this location again and I suggest you just eat directly from a dumpster before using this location.

    They had a problem with the app and could not pull up the order on their end but I showed the paid receipt and I showed that it wouldn't let me cancel because somebody had retrieved it on their side. I also showed my banking app where it took the money from my bank and they refused to serve me. They said I needed to pull up why they figured it out but they couldn't tell me how long that would be and I was on a lunch break. I showed the girl where it would not let me cancel the order because it showed that it had been retrieved. Now I'm having to jump through hoops and you can't call the store because guess what.. the phone number published says it's out of service. It might only be a little over $6, but as a billion-dollar corporation the technology should work correctly especially when I'm showing all the evidence that I made and paid for an order and that the fail was not on my side. Horrible service, they basically stole from me

    They have two que's but they prioritise one so you end up waiting and people that arrive after you are served first. The person taking the order sounds bored or high and keeps getting order wrong. Food is average at best but no milkshake available on a Saturday!!. Didn't improve or brighten our day, in fact I he opposite. Edit: reduced to a one star - they don't know how to make Buffalo Snap Wrap - Additional Edit & Update. No McDonald's I am not doing your work for you, I am not going to your link. I have given you feedback above and now it's your job to do the due diligence to correct the issues at this branch. I don't work for you, I will not do YOUR job. Very poor feedback from you and you are losing this customer for good.
