While the gentleman was calling orders, I accidentally picked up the wrong order, but immediately put it down once I seen it was not my order. However, when my Order was called, the gentleman who prepared it continuously repeat repeated “ Order 26? Number 26? Are you sure? Are you positive” What he and the other lady who was working at the front didn’t know before they laughed, was that I am experiencing progressive hearing loss. I have not been fitted for a hearing aids yet and a lot of things sound muffled. Please be kind, you don’t know what people are going through. Food nonetheless was great.

After all of that another woman came in after me and went to the pick up counter and was immediately serviced before me. I was confused I thought they were just going to call the order out for me at this point and I pick it up but then one of the employees finally decides to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. Horrible service especially for someone doing deliveries where every second counts....

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
