After all of that another woman came in after me and went to the pick up counter and was immediately serviced before me. I was confused I thought they were just going to call the order out for me at this point and I pick it up but then one of the employees finally decides to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. Horrible service especially for someone doing deliveries where every second counts....

After my order was Ring up I realize that the register provided a tip that I did not leave. No one in the store knew how to refund it or re-ring my order. Safe to say this will be the last time I go to five guys and matthews, I'll drive to mint Hill to go to wayback for a much better Burger and cheaper. Fries were over salted too but that's just piling on.
