The man in the back gave us our order as if it was complete and when I went to the young lady at the register to inquire about our missing food she non-chalantly looked back and said “yall are the only ones with hash browns so he must be making it.” I said he gave us our order as if it was complete can you at least let him know, she repeated what she said so I left it alone. 15 minutes later I send my daughter up there to ask again and she gave her the same answer, and my daughter had to ASK her again to please let them know. When she finally did, they had no idea we were missing items and we again had to wait. No apology. No care. Store nowhere near busy but I seen her wipe the same untouched spots a few times in a row just to avoid customer related things. If the staff doesn’t care…shut it down and start over. It’s too nice of an area to have people in here who could care less.
