- HNHan nahFeb 5, 20261.0This was the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and the restaurant itself was very messy. At first we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they may have just had a rush, but the overall experience didn’t improve at all. The staff was extremely rude and openly using cuss words and speaking inappropriately to each other in front of customers. When I went to check out, I was ready to pay, but another employee cut in line to ring themselves up before their break and I was made to wait. I understand breaks are timed, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. The food was so bad we ended up throwing most of it away. Crunchy rice, poor quality ingredients, and just an overall nasty taste. For a customer who visits Chipotle multiple times a year, this was incredibly disappointing. I also noticed the location only had a 90 health score, which is concerning. After my visit I even came across multiple online comments from other customers sharing similar negative experiences on TikTok at this exact location. I usually don’t come to this location, and after this visit I definitely won’t be returning. Also, I reached out to Chipotle but was told they couldn't help or refund me lol.

I don’t know how this location is open, the staff will have personal conversations at the counter and completely ignore the customer. Have given this place multiple chances but it’s day and night differences from lunch time to dinner. If it’s not lunch don’t eat here.
