  They follow my order perfectly they just give a smaller portion size and I receive it other locations. But they are one of my favorite locations in Charlotte for Chipotle as they do follow your instructions and their food is cooked to perfect quality. Not everyone's going to have the best customer service experience. But they're very attentive at least for me I do play some mobile order. But they're very responsive I'm not left waiting forever when I walk in there to pick up my order. I go to several Chipotle locations across the city and I get the exact same order every single time and while I am disappointed in the size of my burrito I'm definitely not mad at it. It was perfectly how I wanted it.

  Ordered food around 9:40 pm and my order went through. Showed up around 9:50 to the doors locked and despite standing outside for 10 minutes with multiple other customers the staff refused to acknowledge us—they kept looking at us and just turned back around. Eventually an employee came out to let us know that they “ran out of food” because they were supposed to close at 10 instead of 11. Mind you, im staring at the line and theres food, they just didnt want to serve anyone. They turn us all away and immediately at 10 employees are getting into their cars going home for the night while customers are still arriving to the restaurant confused as to why they were able to order food when the restaurant is closed. THEN, the employee just referred us to the 1800 number instead of offering any solution that would’ve resulted us in getting the food we paid for. This is not the first time i’ve had an issue at this location. Im usually not one to write reviews but that whole situation was just insane.

  I don’t ever leave reviews but this is consistently the worst Chipotle I ever have to go to. They’ll close the store early and won’t refund orders while they just stare at people waiting outside. If you manage to get your order it’s usually wrong, cooked poorly, or just plain inedible. Today was another day where they just closed the store early and didn’t tell anyone. No one there ever had a good attitude and the service is always poor. I keep trying to give this location another chance and I always regret it.

  I am very shocked by the un-cleanliness of this restaurant. We will not be back. The windows are all dirty. There’s dirt on the floor. The beverage station is dirty. This restaurant has a potential to be a lot more than it is. The food was good. The staff was OK, but it is super unclean almost to the point of unhealthy. The kitchen staff all have lots of hair that is exposed with the potential of contaminating the food.

  Terrible roach problem, employees say they know but there’s very little they can do due to it being an old store and them completely taking over. You can see them crawling on the glass in front of the food and even up on the menu. Chipotle has given up on this location while still building more around. Shameful, on the other hand employees were nice and respectful during the visit.
