My order was 2 hours late, missing the rice, I received beef instead of chicken and the chips were so stale I refused to serve them to my guests. Several guests left early and the pizza I ordered for the children ended up being eaten by the hungry adults. The party was ruined by this turn of events. When I tried to get a refund, I received 2/3 of it and have been ghosted by customer service when I requested the remained 1/3. I removed my app and will never go back to Chipotle. I’m profoundly disappointed in the outcome of this turn of events.

There’s an employee in there right now (11/08/25) @4:00pm with his butt out who didn’t even bother to roll my burrito, I kid you not I look inside of my bag and see an open quesadilla with the contents spilled about, sitting atop a sheet of aluminum. Absolutely pathetic, it cannot be this hard to find halfway decent workers

Thank God it was not my child who was spoken to in a disrespectful manner. The same female is always disrespectful when I come in to this location. If the workers are unfamiliar with respect, then they should be in the back cooking because they are the ones representing the establishment. Not to sound like a Karen but it’s not that hard to be kind to others.
