Went to the restaurant Thursday evening. We waited 10-15 min and a server never came up greet us. Multiple servers were standing around chatting. The restaurant was almost empty. Very disappointing

From start to finish, our evening was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was simply outstanding—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
A special shoutout to our server, Anton. He was great!

I’ve been coming to this Carrabba’s since it opened. It has always been a family favorite. Food, service and atmosphere has always been outstanding. Pollo Rosa Maria has been my favorite dish all these years. Everything on the menu is outstanding. Our server tonight was Josh and he took great care of us. They have a bar you can saddle up and eat your meal there if you like. Tonight I enjoyed a great Margarita with my meal. The manager checked on us twice to make sure everything was perfect. It was. I highly recommend this Carrabba’s.

***GREAT SERVICE and FOOD!! I love this place - such yummy food!! I have dined in and also have done take-out. I must say - the takeout orders were as I ordered. Everything was there! The manager, Joe was very nice and helpful too. He actually took my to-go order (I had extra special request - so I just called). To add my purchase to my dining rewards I needed the receipt, when calling for a copy. I found out Joe was the manager! He took my information and said he'd get back to me. He ended up texting me a copy of the receipt. I didn't get a chance to respond yet, then later that day he called me (as he said) to confirm the text message and that was my receipt.
Now that is great customer service and caring about your customers! FIVE STARS for you!

Carrabba’s Italian Grill – Charlotte: A Masterclass in Mediocrity
It’s been over a decade since I last stepped into Carrabba’s, and I came back hoping for a pleasant surprise. What I got instead was a reminder that some places age like milk.
Let’s start with Bree, who was stationed at the bar area...though “stationed” implies she was doing something other than loitering and griping about not getting a break. She wasn’t serving tables, she wasn’t refilling drinks, and she certainly wasn’t resolving complaints. What she *was* doing was sipping her own beverage and chatting with coworkers like she was on a social retreat. A regular at the bar voiced that his meal was overcooked, and Bree’s response? A shrug and a breezy “oh well… that happens.” Stellar customer service, if you’re aiming for a one-star review.
The manager? Equally committed to the art of inertia. He stood around like a decorative plant, chatting with staff while customers sat parched and ignored. If leadership is about setting the tone, then congratulations! Carrabba’s has nailed the vibe of “we don’t care.”
Now, the food. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, which arrived in a portion so small I had to check if it was a garnish. For $25, you get roughly 100 grams of chicken—about the size of a toddler’s fist. The sauce was a masterclass in blandness, missing both the tang of lemon and the bite of capers. It tasted like someone whispered the word “piccata” over a bowl of warm water.
The meatballs? Let’s just say I’ve had canned ones that showed more personality. And I grew up in an Italian kitchen, so I know the difference between rustic and rushed. This wasn’t rustic—it was lazy.
Carrabba’s used to be a reliable spot. Now it feels like a parody of itself, staffed by people who’d rather be anywhere else and serving food that tastes like it already gave up. If you’re looking for overpriced disappointment with a side of apathy, congratulations...you’ve found your place.
