  Usually really good but last night was seriously lacking. They supposedly ran out of calamari but we saw a table get some, we had to ask twice for bread, we were not offered cheese on top of our meals, and the garlic mashed potatoes were so runny i thought they were potato soup. Hopefully next time we come back they have better staff and management.

  Had a great dinner. The dining room was packed but I was able to be seated quickly. The crab cakes definitely stood out, as did the excellent service. Lauren was quick, professional, and extremely personable. I hope to get seated in her section next time I come around

  Came in for dinner on a Sunday night and it was so good! I had the fettuccine Carrabba and that chicken was cooked perfectly with that creamy pasta alfredo, I really enjoyed my meal. Our server Sara was just amazing, she provides excellent service. I would recommend her everyday as your server. Will be back for sure!

  Ordered spaghetti and meatballs on the phone for take out with salads. The girl did not know what the difference was with each of the salads and she didn’t know what salad dressings they carried. I get home with my meals and realize that she didn’t give me the meatballs. Oh well. What can you do? I just wish that she was trained better.

  Do not give this location your money. 2/14 Called in for a reservation 4 hours ahead of time, get to the restaurant 10ish minutes ahead of time expecting a slight wait. Well after checking in and waiting 20 minutes after being told our reservation was “moved up” suddenly it can’t be found. Get told it’d be another 5 minutes, another 10 go by and we watch a couple walk up, tell their reservation and get sat IMMEDIATELY. And that’s our queue to leave. No one stopping us to try and let us know a table was opening up or anything. Just let money walk out the door. Obviously by everyone’s behavior management is poor and the hostess’s from tonight need to be out the door expeditiously. Waiting 30+ minutes past a reservation is insane, but to be continuously ignored or looked over (as some of the taller people in the waiting area by the way) is ridiculous. I don’t even care for them to do better. Either clear house or maybe find a location that can hold the demand of people trying to even give you business. The response below is of no help. I tried to call back asking to speak with a manager and was on hold for 15 minutes before the call dropped. Again another failure on both the hostesses and management. Clear house, now. Even after management called me a few days ago I still wouldn’t come back. Apparently a lot of what I experienced was the incorrect way for things to have been done, which unfortunately resolves nothing. I genuinely hope the conversation we had was eye opening and the correct changes get made so others behind me don’t experience the same things that I did
