We've often gone to the location at Concord Mills Mall after some last-minute shopping, but lately we've stayed closer to home and have visited the Matthews, NC location. The Carrabbas staff does excellent work and seem to be energized and attentive even though they're working on a holiday. The food is always very good, and I mean that, too. Carrabbas makes a very flavorful and rich line of Italian favorites. Mine every year is the lasagne, and the fettuccine is very tasty too. They have a nice salad to accompany your entree. So if you want quality Italian fare in a soothing atmosphere at a reasonable price, consider Carrabbas. You'll be glad you did.
