  I placed an order in app for the classic egg sandwich box with 6 sandwiches. I arrived and the person behind the counter told me they couldn’t fill the order due to lack of bagels, and they didn’t know how to cancel the order. The fact that I drove all the way there from 20 minutes away to find out the bagel place was out of bagels wasn’t even the issue, it happens. He then got the manager, who could not be bothered to put his mop down and come over to talk to me, or even look at me while he was telling me they can’t cancel the order and I have to do it online. Zero concern for the fact that you can’t actually cancel anything online, and made me keep asking questions to find out what I was supposed to do to get refunded $45 for the order. Completely disrespectful. If you order online and they can’t fill it, just know that you fill out a contact form online to request a refund. The manager should go through this process and learn how to do this, and how to talk to customers. Give them ALL the information up front without making them figure it out themselves. Completely unnecessary to tell someone from 15 feet away while continuing to mop the floor that “we can’t cancel it” and let that be basically the only thing you say without being continually prompted. Offer better training and get better managers.

  It was clearly open and they left the door locked. One employee literally watched me trying to open the door and when I was walking to my car, another customer went to the door and they opened the door for them. It’s incredibly rude of them to do so.

  I ordered, and paid for, 2 hash browns and only received one. When I tried to call, it was impossible to get through to them. It rang on and on. I am completely unimpressed. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from here because if they make a mistake, you wont be able to fix it unless you go in person maybe.
