Placed order on app, drove across town and they told us they ran out of the ingredients last week and they couldn’t make it. Asked why it let me order the employees said they are not affiliated with their own app and could not help me cancel or refund, told me to do it all but that’s not possible. Terrible customer service if you don’t have the item simply take it off the menu.

I wrote into corp about how I got treated badly a couple of months back. I wasn't expecting anything from them but wanted to vent. To my surprise a very nice email got back. Someone actually listened! They agreed that the franchise should take the customers more seriously. Apologized profusely and offered another cake to me. I declined, I was not confident that another cake from that store would taste any better besides I am done dealing with them in this particular store. Nevertheless they said they had made known this issue to the store and someone will contact me and refund my money. Guess what? 3 months flew by and not a word. *crickets...* They don't give a hoot.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
