- AAAshApr 7, 20265.0I was trying to enjoy some Dunkin today when this really rude man came in. He was treating the employee so nasty. I’m not sure how she held her composure as well as she did, because I would not have been able to at all. Props to her for that! I was eavesdropping on what he was saying and he was very condescending. The employee tried to help him, but he just wanted to be nasty even when she was helping him process his refund. These employees always go above and beyond for their customers and it’s so disappointing to see them be treated that way. Keep your head up guys you are great! This isn’t my usual Dunkin but when I have time I will always drive out of my way to come to this location! Thank you guys for great service, speeds, and coffee! To the guy that treated them this way I hope you have the day you deserve!!! No one should ever treat anyone that way!

If you can’t treat the customers with respect then don’t work in places like Dunkin and ruin it’s reputation. We love Dunkins but we will never go back now to this location. Service - 0 stars at Providence Rd location

They were so busy but she was steering the ship with so much grace. I’ll have to go when I’m not working. 😊😊

Stopped this morning and mentioned it as a reminder to make sure the hashbrowns were in the bag bc I paid for them last week and didnt get them, the hashbrowns were in the bag this time but when I got to my sandwhich at work, my sweet bacon croissant had the bacon off the sandwhich and only half of a croissant. I will not be back to this dunkin.
