Bojangles is too expensive to be giving out hard fries and biscuits! I have never in my 38 years had such terrible customer service! I'm not sure what's wrong with people these days but I was always taught the customer is always right, even when they're not right.
I got frustrated with the automated drive through so I went inside to order and was immediately told to wait (no other customers in the store) meanwhile, 3 of the employee's were outside smoking, making me wait. I tried to send my son back in to order food for himself, this was well before nine o'clock ( ask Isaiah the manager at weaverville store, he was great, not able to help me because it was a different store but had amazing customer service 😀) and the door was locked. The dining room's not supposed to close until 9, again, the weaverville manager can corroborate my experience.
All I wanted was some fries to be replaced.
And the two girls in the store were rude AND only replaced 2 of my fries with zero seasoning. So that was two times that I went back. At this point, my whole meal is cold, i called and asked the manager if she would replace our dinners because at this point they were cold. She told me no that she would only replace the fries. I went out to the Weaverville store for help, at least I got the seasoning for our cold fries. And like I said, the manager out there was great!
DO NOT GO TO MARS HILL BOJANGLES AT NIGHT, UNLESS YOU WANT OLD GROSS FOOD AND INCORRECT ORDERS!
My whole point is that that's your job, i work too, and fast food is for nights you don't feel like cooking, also, i've worked in customer service and food my whole life and I would have got fired if I pulled something like that in the early 2000's!

2 nights ago at approximately 7:30 pm, I drove 20 minutes to get our dinner from Mars Hill Bojangles. I ordered a breast and wing dinner. I was informed by the cashier that they didn’t have any breasts prepared. So then I asked for a thigh and wing combo and was told they didn’t have any thighs prepared. She told me that the only chicken they had was wings and that I could order a 3 wing combo. So that’s what I did. I also ordered a 5 pc chicken tender and ordered 2 sides. Then I asked for one sweet potato pie and was again told that they didn’t have any prepared but I could wait 15 minutes. When I got to the window I was stunned that my bill was 25 dollars. The final blow was when I got gone, there were only 4 chicken tenders instead of 5. Truly a large disappointment.
