Great food, order is always correct but the inside dining area is dirty. Tables are unclean with food on the floor. Drink station and sauce area is either empty or dirty as well

Went though the drive thru on 1/24/2026. Guy working the drive thru was extremely polite and they gave me 3 free tacos on top of my order which was extremely well prepared. Best Taco Bell experience I ever had. Will be stopping here again to and from snowboarding.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I've had repeated issues at this Taco Bell.
A few weeks ago, I went to this location and I ordered my usual quesadilla combo that comes with a drink and a taco. I was charged for each individual item so it made my total go up around $4 or $5. (It's usually around $11-12 and it went up to $16). Not a huge deal but when I asked if that came as a combo, the employee told me no and was not polite about it. Of course I didn't argue anything, I thought maybe the menu had changed (it did not lol)
Today, after waiting around 20 minutes in the drive through, I told them I had a mobile order and I needed to place a separate order as well. He said they can't do that and I would need to drive back around to place a different order, he also informed me he didn't have my mobile order. (No big deal maybe a technology problem or my user error, I checked the app and I for sure ordered at the correct location). But since I had already paid and everything was correct on my end, I wasn't leaving without my food. He eventually tells me to just pull up to the window. When I got to the window he said "what did you have" so I showed him my order on the app, he said "I don't know what you want me to do with that?" I told him to please check again to see if he could find my order or let me speak to a manager. He slammed the window and walked away, he came back with a receipt of my order and gave me my food. He did apologize but this entire ordeal took about 30 minutes from the time I got there to the time I got my food. Order was correct though!!
I completely understand being short staffed but the unhelpful attitude makes this location frustrating. Not to mention the amount of times I haven't received the correct order. Its only fair to want what you're paying for, and not being over charged for an order that's probably going to end up wrong anyway. I love Taco Bell but I'm going to have to start driving to Morganton or Black Mtn.
