- BWBrian WilliamsonJul 17, 20251.0Being an OTR truck driver I often find myself in area's I'm unfamiliar with, I pulled into a Pilot Truck stop seeing they had a subway I got online and ordered myself a sandwich while I finished my daily log then went in to get it I was told that I ordered it at the wrong location and that they're was another subway a mile away, I called that location to cancel the order and was treated very rudely and hung up on !!! I did not get my order or my money returned!!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in the US I will NEVER go to a subway again in my life!!! Worst experience ever in 50 years
