Once again I just ordered frm the Marion location and it was made wrong again.I didn't have the time to go back & have done right.
- MSM. StokleySep 9, 20251.01st issue, received bacon and egg bagel sandwich with an OVER toasted, nearly black bagel. 2nd issue, opened it up and only ONE very small strip of bacon! This location is not good and has disappointed me on more than one occasion BUT unfortunately it’s the only one in this city. Until Dunkin start taking their hiring more seriously by employing people who ACTUALLY CARE about what they give customers…they should just stick to selling donuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Messed up our order, which I put in at the kiosk to ensure that it was correct, and then they made us throw away what we had before they would fix it. I'd have gladly accepted the missing ingredient in a little cup but to be told to throw it away seems wasteful and disrespectful. The best the staff could offer was "well we don't like the policy either". I've worked in food service, so I temper my expectations, but they fell well below the bar as far as acceptable service.
