The first time I ordered my pizza and I showed up in the 45 minutes it told me. When I got to the window they told me it would be another hour until my pizza was ready even though the website never updated or told me. This time I ordered had my husband drive to pick it up and they gave us the wrong pizzas. They were inedible because I ordered gluten free and neither of these were gluten free. If you are going to attempt to provide gluten free, you should double check before a pizza leaves the kitchen. They said I could drive back (20 minutes ) and pick it up again. When I asked them to deliver they said we were outside their delivery area, not my problem. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.

And then the toppings aren't usually accurate to what we order. One side usually has its toppings placed on the wrong side, and toppings for the whole pizza end up on one side only.
