  As frequent travellers we were pleased to find an Outback next to our hotel and having been pleased with our experience at other locations this was an easy decision to make. Having travelled for 8+ hours we wanted light and simple fare. My wife chose pasta with shrimp and I chose the $14.95, 3 choice special of chopped Sirloin, a house salad with ranch dressing and a piece of cheese cake. Our server was pleasant and eager. She took our orders and we waited for our food. About 5 minutes later my salad arrived. It was a tired and wilted example. The lettuce had seen better days. Nevertheless I was hungry and tired, so I was ready to dig in. Just one problem..no utensils. Took a couple of minutes and we cornered a server to get some. About 5 minutes later my wife’s pasta and shrimp arrived. The shrimp were excellent but the pasta was cold. No one in the area to ask for reheating. As she was hungry she worked her way through it and at the last bite my chopped sirloin arrived. Served very overcooked with cold fries. I wasn’t asked for my cooking preference so I guess over cooked is the default. The expectation of at least a nice piece of cheesecake was another fail. À piece of cheesecake was placed on the table with no topping and still frozen. Yes it’s Easter but the restaurant was less than 1/2 full and had more than adequate staff for the amount of people eating. Usually OutBack does a commendable job, but I think the repeated failures are far below their standards. I therefore would ask that you think twice before coming to this restaurant for a meal

  We stopped for dinner during our overnight stay in A nearby hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing. We sat at the bar and Our bartender was excellent. So efficient and got everything perfect. Compliments to our chef who cooked everything as we asked. We went at 6 pm on 4/3.

  I've never seen an outback steakhouse that was this dirty. The front foyer and the windows and doors were very dusty and dirty. Our server was excellent and the food was good, but that place needs a serious clean up!

  Very close to our overnight stay. Haven't been to the Outback in a few years. Glad to see it hasn't changed, except for the prices.

  We walked in, we are a party of 4. The wait was about 15 min. 8:30 pm. They sat us in the bar area, the booths are tight. Our server a young blond, in a rush all night. Asked all the right questions but didn’t wait for the answer. We had our salad finished but none to take away our finished plates. They brought out food and left. No one came to see if we needed any more drinks?? Flagged some one to bring Steak sauce. We finished our mean as all the dishes just sat there. Our waiter came to bring the bill, we told her we get dessert , and we were dinner rewards members she never asked if we wanted anything we told her we get cheese cake with our meal. She left did not clean off the table. Did not bring forks. Said someone else would do that. Young lady brought the cheese cake no forks!!! Or sauce , we asked our server if she could clean off the table she took two dishes and left. The young lady who brought the cheese cake we asked her and she cleaned off the rest of the table. We were very disappointed in our service. Food was ok. My sweet potato was small and burned, steak was dry. The other meals were ok. We do eat at the Out Back often so this was a disappointing experience.
