- FCFaith CanadyFeb 22, 20261.0I placed an order today at 3:38 pm and was told by the person who took the order that it would be ready in 23 minutes but it would not take that long. I waited for almost an hour outside with no food! I called back to see what was taking so long and of course the phone rang several times with no answer. I received a text stating my order was almost ready but no one ever came out. I called back again 2 times and spoke to someone and informed the person of how long I had been waiting and wanted to know what the issue was, he said “I’ll let them know” and still no food. I pulled off and left the food there. Here’s the common courtesy of the restaurant because obviously Outback has no clue. Before taking a curbside order you need to inform the customer that the wait time could be almost an hour not the bold lie you choose to tell!
