  This place was terrible upon our visit Sunday November 10, 2025. We where seated right away. There wasn't anyone waiting store was not full. It was about 8 mins before a waitress took our drink order. After a few mins we finally get drinks from another waitress. Our waitress keep walking by us we ordered the spinach dip with drink order, still nobread or that spinach dip. After waitress walks by taking everybody else After us order . My husband tells her we are ready to order. And she keeps walking by us after 15 mins of waiting here comes the appetizer spinach dip with all those burnt chips. Can't eat them ( kitchen seen and knowed those were burnt before they came to table). Finally our waitress comes to take order, I ask to speak with manager she leaves the table is up front talking to manager before the manager comes to table. I ask here we can't eat those chips they are burnt. She says, nothing she can do but fix some more. Then I tell her how long we been waiting. Hell she didn't care ask could she take our order now never said sorry .nothing walks away to kitchen we left the chips and dip on table and left. Never again, not in Lumberton NC that was some of the worst costumer service I have ever had in a restaurant anywhere. They will close that place down if they had to wait on my family to eat there again.

  The server was very nice. The food wasn’t good. The ribs were tough and the sweet potato was cold. None of the salad dressings were all that good.

  Update: They post to reach out. The contact provided just takes you to their site to post the same complaint and no one reaches out or offers any resolution. I placed a to-go order and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. After arriving, I sent the message indicating I was there for pickup but received no response. I waited at the designated pickup area, but no one was present. Several employees walked past without acknowledging me until someone finally helped. My food had apparently been sitting on the shelf the entire time. When I got back on the road, I discovered the sweet potato was burnt and the fish was dry. I still had a two-hour drive ahead, so turning back wasn’t an option. Sadly, this isn’t the first time my order has been below expectations. Food choices in the Lumberton area are limited, and it feels like this place is relying on that fact rather than maintaining quality. Disappointing experience, especially considering it’s happened more than once.

  Called ahead to ask if there was pet friendly seating outside and was told absolutely. Showed up to unbussed tables, thousands of flies and just a really not appealing ambiance. Noticed quite a few flies inside the restaurant as well. Ordered a cheeseburger and a baked potato, the baked potato was not cooked through. Also ordered wings and a salad. The food is average at best. The server tried her best, but there's only so much one young lady can do. All in all, I haven't even finished my meal, but I'm pretty disgusted. I wouldn't come back again if it was free.
