    On Dec 22 at 12pm. The waitress took soooooo long to take our drink order. Than another 20 min after we got our drinks. (Table of 5) By this time it was 40 min we sat there, she did not ask if we wanted an appetizer. It was very cold in the restaurant. We all kept our heavy coats on. We asked for them to turn up heat, which never happened. My steak and lobster is usually excellent. However not this time. The lobster was over cooked. The blue cheese wedge salad was very good. They forgot the soup, we had to tell them we will just take it home. We were never asked if we wanted desert. I’m sorry we will not be back. It just took too long for the waitress to come back to the table. Never had a refill on our drinks. Usually this restaurant is quick and delicious. Maybe they have new staff? maybe an off day?

    Food was terrible, almost everything came out burnt! we had to return the blooming onion, steak came you burnt as well & my shrimp was over cooked, waiter did a great job accommodating the issue and remade the steak over for us.. we spent $100 and it was not worth it at all

    It would take us a while to get the extra things we asked for. We asked for plates, we had to wait for some to come out the dishwasher. We asked for sauce and it took 10 minutes to get it. The food came out quicker than expected, but then we had to wait to eat due to the things mentioned earlier. The menus didnt have the correct pricing on them either. I spent more on my meal and appetizer than 2 people spent on their meals combined. This wouldnt have been a shock if the prices were updated on the menu. I spent over 50 bucks on my meal alone and I felt it wasnt worth it.

    Terrible experience. The service was disorganized from the beginning, with excessive delays and a clear lack of attention. When the food finally arrived, it was completely different from what was ordered and far below expectations in terms of quality. The dishes were poorly prepared, with bad flavor and an unappealing presentation. When we pointed out the mistake, there was no real effort to resolve the situation or even offer an apology. For the price charged, I expected at least basic customer respect and food that matched what was described on the menu, which unfortunately did not happen. I do not recommend this place and do not plan to return.

    We arrived about 1:45 pm, walked right in, nobody waiting. Asked for a booth. Hostess said she had none, would we wait? I looked around and saw at least 6 empty booths. Nobody waiting to be seated or behind us. We left an went elsewhere since it was apparent our business was not wanted and our initial impression was of poor service since we couldn't be seated.
