I walked up to Girl on window, she said she don't care and that they are really bussy and told us to come inside to speak to the manager. Came inside manager was talking on the phone outside. Then after waiting inside nobody asked us what we needed. Finally the mananger comes inside and I told her that we have been waiting for our mochas (hot mochas) she told us she will make them, she comes back with two mocha frappe, I showed her my receipt she went back inside and never came back. I had to take the frappe instead or I would have lost my money. Horrible service.
