I asked the person at the counter if there was something wrong with their machine. He said if I wanted strawberry I should ask and pay for a second pump. Since this was my first and last strawberry milkshake he was kind enough to give me a second pump at no charge. Same goes for a choc milkshake....i always order cookies and cream...much bettdr.
