  They are slow…. Nobody ever has answer the store phone, always missing straws or napkins even sauces ETC. customer service is terrible. Store is run by a bunch of high schoolers

  I ordered online at 10:55pm and Google said that drive thru is open till 1am, my daughter got there a little after 11 and no one answered the speaker or came to the window. This isn't the first time this has happened. I suggest you look at your labor at this time of night because those crew members and managers are riding the hell out of your clock. If I was the DM of this restaurant I would consider this stealing of company time. I know that if my crew members and managers did this and it was 2 hours before closing I would be looking for a whole new night crew and possibly a new manager, you really should check it out it might amaze you if you haven't already and if you have you must be turning a blind eye. Just saying. I knew im going to get the basic response but save you time on that and give the town of Louisburg a favor and do something about it so we dont have to keep going through this hassle. 🤷‍♀️

  I ordered 3 big arch burger meals and 2 out of the 3 big arch burgers had raw patties. I ordered this for pickup through drive through and drove back home. my son and I took a bite to reveal very red patties. I tried calling the restaurant but no one would answer. It was 10 PM at night so that may be a factor, this is very unacceptable nonetheless. These aren’t gourmet burgers you can eat pink. You can get salmonella from this raw meat. I don’t even know how I will get a refund now.

  I made an order through the mobile application at 10:50 pm, in 5 minutes I was there and I was told that they were closed. The manager doesn’t even know how to cancel the order. Terrible place and service

  Food was hot. Have to ask for refills which is a hassle sometimes because the staff acts as they don't see you all why the remainder of your food is getting cold.
