- RSRichard Scott1 day ago5.0We needed some lunch after hitting the historic gold mine nearby, and they delivered. I haven't been to a Shoemar's in a few months, but either they've changed their tenders or these guts operate on a different level. Nothing we had wasn't amazing from the gyro plate, the pita burger, the calabash, or the tenders. The whole family had a great experience, staff was patient and attentive. We tried to clean up but were lovingly shooed away so their dining room staff could bus. It was great. The restaurant was in that lovely full but not overfull state where we could sit 5 comfortably, but also explains why the professionals were in charge of turnover. The place is juuuuust right in food quality, volume level, and attitude that you feel like you're getting your money's worth and that they are valued by the local community along with valuing the customer. Solid experience, no notes.

My family was taken out by a group of friends to eat here today, and besides the food being delicious, the customer service was top notch. My daughter is a pretty picky eater, but the wait staff was so accommodating and friendly to her. I haven't experienced great service like this in a long time. I'd like to add, it was a full house. Excellent job. We will definitely dine again.

Great Management, staffing, food, cleanliness, service, in all categories, 'they hit it out of the park'! I have eaten at this location several times in the last year, love the fish sandwich; however, today... I had the flounder meal. Best fish dinner I've eaten, anywhere in a long, long time. The flounder, hush puppies and fries were exceptional and... did I mention they have GREAT iced tea!
