It’s FAST food. I understand that sometimes we have to give people a bit of grace & use some patience, but this happens EVERY time. The staff we’ve encountered is usually very kind & polite, but there’s absolutely no reason for fast food to take that long. It’s any time of day, any day of the week, any amount of customers.

Having to wait 10+ minutes to get your food, Food is cold by the time it arrives, and more often than not fries are stale and cold. Great salting on the fries however. Staff is nice and respectful but should maybe put a little more pep in their step.
