- WDWilbert DMar 24, 20263.0I love subway. Good food at an affordable price and they are almost everywhere. The difference is always the staff. Looks like some people like to work here and some not so much. Those that don't you can spot them right away. Unfortunately is mostly the younger generation. I understand it's tough sometimes, but its not your client's fault. I do also understand that there are some difficult customers. I haven't been in this location too many times but none of them I received a smile or any nice welcoming words. I will try the other location in Lincolnton and see how's the treatment there.

Why is this always an issue with this location and the one over by the dollar tree? Close down. Why have 3 crappy Subways for 1 town when we could just have 1 really good Subway that actually buys enough products for their business.

A couple of weeks ago, they were out of flat bread and had to substitute. The employee offered a refund which she said could take up to a week to process. Come on Subway. You can do better than this!

- MMMichael MichaelJan 19, 20261.0I placed a mobile order, and they didn’t add all the items I selected for my sub. On top of that, the portions were extremely small. It’s pathetic that I can’t even rely on a mobile order anymore because they apparently don’t know how to make a sub the way it’s ordered unless someone is standing right in front of them telling them what to put on it. That’s honestly ridiculous if you can’t even make a simple sub correctly.
