  They make the best BBQ pizza in the business. They keep fresh food coming out quickly and will make your favorite in just a few minutes if you ask...great place!!

  Went mid afternoon and there was almost no pizza being served, the salad bar was overly wet, and the staff were almost nowhere to be seen. You literally see people getting up and running to the counter to steal half a pizza because they've been unable to get any food at a normal pace.

  Pizza was hot and fresh and the salad bar was all fresh and so clean. The waitress kept our glasses filled and was so sweet and nice ! We have ate here several times and it’s consistently good!

  First impression was entering the front door that was hanging open, not connected to the hydraulic arm, letting in bugs. As we walked through the door, a customer stopped us to tell us he was not impressed. As we looked around, the restaurant was in a state of disarray, with half eaten pizza crust, crumbs all over the floor, and all of the serving staff standing around talking. The hostess did not come great us, but she waved her finger at us from across the restaurant to come to a table, we walked over to the table, and there were crumbs in the booth, table was dirty, etc. We had to ask the server to wipe the table town, and she only wiped the table in one corner where she saw visible mess. She got our drinks, and we got our food at the buffet, the food was fine, but the state of the restaurant made it difficult to eat comfortably. Throughout the entire experience we observed the staff standing around continuing to let the restaurant be dirty. My husband picked up the seasonings at the table to put on his pizza, and they were covered in grease. While walking out, our server who seemed to be a young girl, maybe a teenager, started staring at me rudely, and talking about me or my body. The cashier asked us how everything was, we said it was just alright, and they did not seem interested in why. This was on Wednesday, March 11th, around the 8:00pm hour. We've eaten here before and it was great, but this specific night crew absolutely neglected the state of the restaurant and customers. Update: I am not entirely sure why this restaurant has any good reviews unless it’s completely different service and atmosphere in the daytime. I noticed a lot of these reviews were meant for the Village Pizza place on the other side of lincolton or maybe the other location of Pizza Inn. The credit should not be taken, and all reviews should be replied back to. I have worked in high quality and low quality kitchens before, and I cannot imagine what the state of the kitchen might have looked like when me and my husband were eating there, I have never seen any restaurant in a state like this. Most waffle houses are cleaner than this experience. The health department needs to do a pop-up for night shift.

  My experience here wasn't a bad one but it wasn't great .. the pizza half my of my order was perfect and taste great, But I also ordered wings and they didn't put the sauce ( Sweet Asian Chili)on them,they were completely plain , unseasoned no taste. When I told them thats not how I ordered them the lady didn't even offer to fix them she just gave me 3 very small packs of the sauce that the wings were supposed to be covered in, to cover 20 wings...not good at all.
