They refused to give it to me because they said I didn’t have a receipt. Then they argued with me and proceeded to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave without my food. Cops came and left And Wendy’s was sitting there saying “if you were nice we could have helped you” Instead of just taking accountably. Note, I was never rude from the jump as I considered it to be a mistake . I only refuse to leave when they would not give me my food. Not to mention the staff here does not pay attention they don’t care The place is never clean And they are extremely unhelpful and have an attitude. Don’t waste your time here until Wendy’s fixes this location
- SSScott SizemoreOct 5, 20251.0I ordered on the app drove to get the food, there were two cars in the drive thru line in front of me, the lady at the window was not friendly and no one seemed to be in a hurry. As soon as we pulled out on the road we noticed the order was wrong and messed up so I turned around a block away from the restaurant and went in side and no one was in a hurry nor did they have a customer service personality. When I finally got my turn at the counter I was told that since it was a mobile order they could not refund it, so I left the food on the counter and left. It took 30 mins once I got there to get my food until I left it on the counter. I tried to get a refund on line but have yet to hear back from them.
