Don’t keep the same toppings out all day long to turn into brown mush. I will be traveling out of my way to a different subway from now on.

Showed correctly on the receipt they were working from to complete the order. Then got an attitude with me when I asked questions. Customer who knew one of the workers made a comment to the woman working about people being ugly and she responded back and agreed. Sorry that my pointing out in a calm, respectful way that my order wasn't correct is considered ugly. Lesson learned to not order off the app to just go in and watch them make the order. I'm okay with a mistake happening. It's that they at first tried to tell me the info wasn't on the ticket making it my fault the order was incorrect then never apologized when they realized it was on the ticket.
