The problem I had was trying to hear her because all I heard was laughing and loud conversations. She asked me to pull up, she apologized for the loud noises right behind her still actively going on. Pull up to the next window, the lady was having loud conversation with other employees, waited till she was done, talking, opens up the window & rudely tells me my food is not ready pull forward as if I was interrupting her. I pull up once again waited like 5 minutes, this man opens up the window, rudely ask what did I order? I told him he looks in these 3 bags that he's holding looks in them, then hands me a bag. I take a moment to look inside, wrong order. I give him the bag back and he hands me another one. It was correct, so I left. I wanted some grape jelly packets, I didn't even have a chance to ask as I was being told to move up and closed the window with a quickness. Grown adult employees acting like there workplace is their playground. What a shame! No professionalism what so ever. I'll drive down the road to Boger City McDonald's maybe 5 min down the road. But this place, absolutely NOT! Give your employees a customer service class and make it mandatory.
