In my experience around the Charlotte area poor customer service is typical at most locations, in fact its pitiful at some. Don't worry about any more negative reviews from me , I'll stick to Chick-fil-A for fast food! You all can have it!!!
- NGNathan GrantDec 10, 20251.0Ive been to the place about 5 times and it's been a shitty experience every time...like today I go and order a large coffee and a caramel frappe and didn't give a straw and when I asked for one it not only took 5 minutes to go and get one but the little smart ass that brought me my drinks I could see her say under her breath (oh my god) and I asked her as nice as I could considering they brought me a drink that takes a straw to drink....so to the workers if you don't like someone asking for something you should have brought to begin with then get a different job cuz your not cut out for customer service....I'll never go back to this store again and non of my family will either they only got 1 star because it wouldn't me give a minus
