  I dash a lot in lincoln county. But almost everytime im in this restaurant. Someone is super rude to me. If I dash for 5 hours and buy a drink while im waiting on an order, why would a worker who knows im the dasher yell at me for buying a soda while I wait? I had already took the picture of the order, and I was there a few minutes early. Why should any of their employees care that I want a soda?

  I’ve had multiple bad encounters any day or time I’ve went. Once we asked for icecream they said they was out we ended up pulling into the parking spot to wait on food and the car behind us was givin a icecream cone. They left food and sauces out of the bag! Another time we sat there 15mins after ordering and paying ,are food was passed out wrong you think they’d walk out there to say hey what are you waiting on! Not being racist just honest…there is a lot of black women so I’ve heard plenty of cussing,provocative language,music playing ,seen fights,when I stood at the counter they roll there eyes act like they don’t want to help… go to the one in BOGER city!!!! Trust me!!!!! I even had people at my new job that worked there and they told me nasty story’s of it being kept clean in the kitchen and other stuff as well which I believe!

  Went today and they served me two apple pies that are at least 3/4 days old they were hard and dried out . As if they had been sitting for days the apples were hard and it was almost like a apple cracker!

  Absolutely ridiculous!! I pay 30$ for food, get to the second window and ask for BBQ sauce for my fries. I was told I could only get some if I had .25¢ for each BBQ sauce that I wanted. I looked around and didn’t have any change in my car. So I was told I couldn’t get BBQ sauce. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I spend 30$ on food and I can’t have sauce with my fries. Just need to eat them dry!!? Na, I’m not going to this McDonalds anymore. I’ll go to one of the competitors and spend my 30$ there where they give you sauce for 0$. Glad that .50¢ cost you a frequent customer on a 30$ check. Absolutely insane!!!!

  Honestly for a McDonald’s franchise you’d think the management would be better for starters I come through frequently and there is always some issue last time I asked for no onions whole bun was covered and the ticket read no onions. I was thinking it was a common mistake. Well I came through again in my to charlotte they proceed to ask me for my code I provide it. The lady says she cannot hear me I repeat knowing how the system can be turning off my music and ac. I repeated four times respectfully and as I’m pulling up for my food I hear the lady who took my order swearing and complaining about me not speaking up. Guess what everyone up front had ear buds in. Maybe if management would improve on these little issues and following policy customers would not have a negative response. Just a thought I’ll be taking my lunch to charlotte else where from now on.
