$74 …. 4 sides . The little containers were considered 1 of those sides. Husbands goes in and they tell him 2 equal one container . They give him two extra. Went home , dumped out the mac and cheese and that right there does not equal that . I’m cool if you were out of containers or something , but don’t lie. Tell your manager he’s ripping people off. If he is telling you to prep the Cole slaw and package it that way for your sides …. He is wrong !
You charge me for those damn sauces to ! Knock it off. That’s exactly why people are always complaining . We have to pay so much money for food for companies like you guys who pay a pinch of what the customers are paying . Your mark ups are clearly in the 100% and up range . Knock it off. I don’t care if it’s Cole slaw …. That’s a damn lie and the franchises are ripping people off . We avoid eating out but someone’s it’s just convenient and every single time we are Lincolnton , it’s a joke .

I spent way too long here this morning for a simple to-go order. I got to the register and the girl taking orders disappeared. I waited 10 minutes to place an order. The order was placed at 10:46. I got my food at 11:14.
All I ordered was a steak biscuit combo with 1 additional biscuit. Not to mention, after all of that waiting, my food was still cold. It was a 5-minute drive home and I had to microwave my biscuit.
I now remember why I stopped spending my money at Bojangles!

I went through the drive through to order my food. The computerized ordering system is as useful as a rock and had my order screwed up. I waited 5 minutes for a live person to get on the intercom and take my order. The best part was the terrible attitude they had with me because they had to do their job. When I finally did make it to the pay window my order was still screwed up. About half of what I ordered wasn’t in the bag and I had to wait for it. A total time of 35 minutes in a drive through with one other car in it. All of that for the most under cooked and sorry biscuits I have ever had.
