- TWTonia Welch4 days ago1.0I had the absolute WORST experience here be aware that there is unprofessional management that yells at their employees and curses at you if you tell them you would like them to fix your order that they messed up I spoke with the manager Chloe who was super RUDE and unprofessional if they have someone like that on their team I’m sure that restaurant wouldn’t be there for long ! And nothing is ever cleaned , in the lobby the tea sits for days spoiling and they still serve it to paying customers and on top of that it’s ants everywhere and bugs found in my drink absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! They really need to do better starting with the management who are clueless of customer service and how to treat guests and the staff ! This restaurant should be Shut down !!! Don’t even get me started about the bathrooms which are GROSS and the employees don’t even think to wash their hands when leaving from the bathroom! I wish I knew who owned this restaurant because I’m sure they don’t know the half of what’s wrong with this “restaurant “ . I would never be back here to spend my hard earned money nor would I recommend any of you to eat here ! BE AWARE !!!!!

- JSJane StevensOct 31, 20251.0Good grief. This restaurant is nasty. The trash is overflowing, the floor is littered with leaves, dirt. The kitchen looks unclean, food all over the floor. What has happened to this Bojangles??? Apparently whoever owns the franchise could care less. My husband ordered Cole slaw but was told they hadn’t had time to make slaw. What? We waited and waited and finally told they were waiting on biscuits. Just told them to give it to us without biscuits. I don’t remember this location being like this.
