  What the hell has happened to this place? This used to be a very good bojangles but in the last year service and food quality has taken a nose dive. No one seems to care about simply doing there job. All I see is workers gossiping.

  First of all my dasher waited a hour before i told her to cancel the order and i would pick it up my self since the wait and i received one drink tray for 5 drinks, 3 of my sides were wrong, and my fries were in the box but with the fry paper on top of them.

  You have to get rid of the AI at the drive thru Always an issue And we’ve had to leave the line and go to the back twice because of the “artificial unintelligence”. The one star for service is only for AI. The people are amazing and very nice.
