    Placed a mobile order at the Lillington location today Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11am. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. Always a bad experience with the current general manager. She’s very rude and pissed off 99% of the time. I place orders here sometimes and also frequently come in for DoorDash pickup orders. She was rude to everyone before us, throwing orders on the counter, slinging people food and drinks around, and ignoring customers when they tried to speak to her. Today my partner went in to pickup our order that said it was ready. He was in line behind other customers that were trying to check on their orders. She proceeded to be rude to the people ahead of us. The gentleman that was in front of us was trying to follow DoorDash protocol and asked for the order she threw it on the counter where he couldn’t see the name on the order, he asked and she walked away saying he can look for his self. My partner said that the gentleman can’t touch the order if he can’t see the name because it’s not allowed. She said it’s right there, look for yourself and walked away while rolling her eyes. My partner asked for a manager letting her know that the lady was being rude to all the customers including himself. She runs up yelling she’s the general manager. Slung our food at him, didn’t give us our drinks. Proceeded to say “Take it” all aggressively. We didn’t take our food and asked for a refund, because who wants something that’s supposed to be crunchy that’s been thrown and slung around? She then started arguing with him threatening to call the cops, so she had the employees call the cops. We waited for them to show up and explained the situation. They told us that we were good but she was having my partner trespassed from the store so we had to leave. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. They just have Atrocious Customer Service at the Lillington location.

    I'm just putting it out there Michaela thank you she was very sweet to me I was hungry and they were about to close and she made me an extra taco things like that little things that make people happy that aren't expecting it that's what more people should be like anyways thank you Makayla

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order delivery from this Taco Bell. I have ordered multiple times through their own app and the food either shows up hours late or never shows up at all. They once sent the wrong order and I had to drive there myself to fix it. At this point, this Taco Bell has flat out stolen over $30 in delivery fees and driver tips because I have had to correct my own orders. There is no reason to pay for delivery when I end up doing the driver’s job myself. Another major issue is that this location has no refund authority when you order directly through the Taco Bell app. You are stuck dealing with the app for any resolution, and the app almost never works. You are basically left with no way to get your money back. Today was the breaking point. I ordered at 12:30 PM. It is now 1:54 PM and I still have nothing. When I went to the restaurant to figure out what happened, the staff was openly rude. Being busy does not give anyone permission to treat customers like a problem. Lashondra was especially rude and acted annoyed that I even asked about my missing order. I am done with this location. The service is slow, careless, and consistently disrespectful. I will not be back until Taco Bell replaces the staff with people who can handle basic customer service.

    Your normal Taco Bell. Service is mostly in back. Nice people when interaction is required. Always consistent fast food.
