    I really don’t like the new structure of this McDonald’s. There is no longer a self-serve soda machine, and there are no napkins, condiments, or straws available for customers to grab on their own. Now, you have to ask employees for everything. This makes the experience very difficult, especially when the restaurant gets busy. The staff often cannot keep up with the number of customers, which leads to long waits even for something simple like napkins or a small packet of condiments. The dining area is also much smaller now. This morning during breakfast, there were many customers and no available seating because all the tables were full. Overall, the new setup has made the service worse. It feels stressful and frustrating to wait for basic items when the staff is already overwhelmed. This change has negatively impacted the customer experience.💔😔

    Horrible. White girl talking to a black guy at the drive thru instead of taking orders. Damn shame. I’m a diehard McDonald’s eater. I live in Miami. t home, they take your order fast and get you eating. Lillington seems to be in slowmo and not trying to make money. Move to this area? No. You won’t get served. The servers at McDonald’s are focused on getting dates, not serving customers. Damn shame because I’m brand loyal. I guess I’ll Uber Marcos pizza. I hope corporate sees this. Window giris soliciting for dates instead of taking orders and getting food out. Smh

    Downgrade in every way. Before the remodel, there were more seating areas, better drive-thru flow, and you actually had refills. The building is so small now and it takes a while to get someone’s attention. I ordered a double Filet-O-Fish on my way to work and when I got there fifty minutes later I saw I only had a single. Same with how sometimes I would order a McFlurry with extra M&M’s or extra Oreos, and I can just tell it is not extra. This place was so much better before the remodel.

    This location was torn down and rebuilt but whomever designed it, doesn't actually appear to know anything about flow. It's hard to get in the drive-thru and if they park you, the reserve spots are very hard to angle your car to get into properly. Let's talk about service...HORRIBLE. The first time I went, spent 30 min in the drive-thru. Food was sub-par. So, I thought maybe they had a bad day, tried again. Nope, still horrible. I placed an order for a Big Arch and a few other items. See receipt. As you will note, time on the receipt is 11:10am. The person at the window said it would be 1-2 min wait so please park in the first spot. So I parked and waited and waited. Another car parked next to me, got their food in less than a minute. I opened my window and asked where mine was. No answer. Then mine comes out by an employee with no sense of urgency. The time now is 11:20am, that is a far cry from 1-2 min. I told the employee that that was a long wait and all I got was, "I'm sorry". The food was cold. The napkins inside the bag looked used and full of grease. The nuggets looked as though they were at the end of their hold time and were one stuck together mess. So, if you want fast food in Lillington, go elsewhere, BoJangles, Taco Bell, Zaxby's, literally anywhere else as this McDonald's is not worth the time!

    HATE everything about the new design/remodel. Three big issues: 1.) limited seating 2.) I Have to place my own order on a kiosk which I ALSO HATE because McDonald’s isn’t paying me to do their work 3.) nothing about this place is classic McDonalds. I’m an 80’s kid, there were hard plastic seats that spun, a lot of orange and brown, a huge outdoor playland with grimace and Ronald, hot apple pies and real friendly people waiting on you creating the family friendly fun vibe. It was 8 year old kid heaven. This McDonald’s has none of that energy. It’s not family friendly or fun or any of the things McDonald’s built their brand on and the team was pleasant but it’s designed for minimal interaction. It’s depressing and drab and sterile and uncomfortable and I don’t like it. McDonald’s corporate this ain’t it
