- KJKrystal LaBelle JonesDec 17, 20251.0We went to the Food Lion tonight and there were three women at the front,One of them was the manager,They were all talking and couldn’t be bothered with saying hello or coming over to help. They didn’t open any lanes. Just let us work through our own basket at the self checkout, never addressed us in any way shape or form and on our way out of the store I said have a good evening to which they were busy talking and never responded so I said it again louder and they still didn’t respond. I would like to say that this was rare, but it’s become the norm at this Food Lion. This place has gotten so ridiculous. I don’t even know why I bother anymore. I used to love it here. I’ll go out of my way not to go to Walmart and to come to this Food Lion ,now I’m not coming back. I’m sure the three at the front will be very glad to hear that.

My boyfriend needed help scanning meat that would not scan and all the girls at the front did nothing did not offer to help he had to ask someone who was stocking the shelves for help(he helped and was very nice) . Your workers need to do better and if they don’t want to work or even greet people maybe they shouldn’t be working in grocery!
