Great service, got several orders wrong and they don’t have Diet Pepsi.

I was pulled for my order, noticed the second car that was pulled received their order before I did. I waited another 5 minutes before calling, then when they came out they brought a 12 pice tender instead of the 12 piece super tailgate special. Waited 30 minutes for my order in total. They gave me extra chicken for the wait but it was still a huge inconvenience.

We stopped in tonight about five minutes before closing.I felt so bad for even coming so late, but we had driven all the way from the other end of Dunn and wanted to have some food before driving another 30 mins home. The staff were so friendly and wonderful. The manager even took a minute to greet us at the window and was very friendly. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, and a chicken tender meal. It came out piping hot and delicious. Thank you for the friendly service. ❤️

3/16/2026 I use to stop at this BJ's every day as I drove through Lillington on my way to school up in Sanford. Haven't stopped here in many years, until today. It isn't what it used to be.
The woman on the register was great. Very polite and helpful. We ordered a Chicken Filet Biscuit Combo with fries and a Tender Combo with fries. The fries had so much salt on them they were inedible. They gave me some without salt. They were soggy and uncooked. At this point I realized why the woman on the front line (assuming the manager) was dumping ungodly amounts of salt and seasoning on them. They smelled like burnt fryer grease. She was covering up the smell. I exchanged those for macaroni and cheese. Wow, I can only assume that stuff comes from a can. It was gross, soggy and bland. I finally gave up on getting anything that was worth eating and left.
The family in front of me returned a piece of chicken and I overheard the manager (the same female that was dumping salt on the burnt grease fries) say “it's only a blood vessel; you can eat that.” I used to like visiting the BJ's that were owned by Tri-Arc because they held their locations to a much higher standard. Apparently, that isn't true anymore.
P.S. This place still has the same décor it had when I use to visit 20 years ago. The only difference now is that it is worn out, dirty and greasy.
