    The last 3 times I ordered Food Lion to go in Liberty, NC, the order never arrived. When contacting the store, the manager says that after it leaves the store it's not their problem. Each time I leave a $10 tip and don't receive groceries. Food Lion manager says its an instacart problem and will do nothing to assist. After my order is canceled neither instacart nor Food Lion reach out to me to let me know. Very disappointed and will start using Walmart delivery.

    Foodlion to go shoppers are a little better at picking than other Foodlion’s but it takes them absolutely forever to bring your to go order to your car. This is based on several to go orders placed.

    IT IS SO HOT IN THAT STORE that I cannot stand to shop there. I despise that this is the only grocery store in town. Yalls prices are astronomical. The least the manager can do is TURN ON THE A/C!!!! I have started driving to siler city's food lion because its air conditioned, they have better prices, and they have a much more massive selection of different brands, and they have the meals to go bar! Which is the best thing ive seen foodlion do hands down, a container with your meat, sides and veggies fresh so all you have to do is take it home and cook it most less than $8. Get it together food lion in liberty! I also enjoy not dealing with rude snotty cashiers, siler city doesnt have any....along with the self checkout option!
