  It was like watching Wendy’s but through the matrix. Lots of standing workers “pacing” themselves as the front counter worker said. Movements like the matrix, super slow motion. Had to make sure I was awake and not dreaming this one up. When I started out working in fast food this would not have been tolerated.

  Last night, I placed an order online for two burgers. I got through the drive thru, I was asked to pull up. No big deal. However, after waiting TWENTY MINUTES, and seeing three cars get their orders and go, I decided to go inside and ask about my order. The lady at the front gave me a very dismissive look and didn't bother asking me anything. I finally asked about my order and a young man probably making the burgers acted like he made and sent it out. After about five more minutes, I finally got my order. If I had a bigger order, like I do sometimes, I could understand the wait. But almost a half hour for two burgers is inexcusable. This isn't the first time this has happened, but this will be the last. Your customer service is absolutely deplorable. SHAME! Wendy's was my first job. If this happened then, I would be fired, justifiably. There is NO EXCUSE for the way I was treated. NONE!

  I ordered the Dave’s double with no onions and to my surprise there were onions on it. And was way too salty and there was barely a lettuce on it, And barely any tomato on itI ordered the new chicken tender ranch wrap. Chicken tenders were not fresh. My wrap receive no ranch on it. Also ordered the Grilled ranch wrap tasted completely horrible

  Waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive through. The girl running the window was more concerned about getting off the window that she had the line 8 cars deep. Then when I finally got to the window to get my food she made it a point to tell the car behind me that they were changing window clerks so it was going to be a minute instead of keeping the line moving. Oh and she never handed me my drink..I had to yell at the poor guy doing everything else to get it... because she had wandered over to the counter to talk to some friends. Please fire this person..it's was 3/15/26 at around 5:20pm...again fire this person they aren't doing what you are paying them for.

  The place is very unprofessional, not clean. One of the managers was broke out in a rash all over look like bedbugs very unsanitary environment also found plastic and My Daughter‘s vanilla milkshake and I ordered two additional chocolate milkshakes and did not get them because it was not frozen enough that is the least of my worries if you want to be disappointed and have slow service this is the place for you.
