  My son got soft shell tacos today and he absolutely loved them!! They were hot and fresh and made exactly the way he wanted them. The lady at the window was very polite and personable. We will definitely be going back again!!

  Yuck. Ew. I was the only person in the entire restaurant, no other customers, yet the food came out cold! Everything was hard and cold. Rock hard old potatoes on the tacos. The tortilla around the gordita was completely raw and white and uncooked! They didn’t even bother to heat it. I used to work at taco bell, so i know how the food is supposed to be.

  Garbage location. Waited over 2 hours for my order. Staff consistently claimed they were making my order every time I asked…continuously lied of course. Could not cancel my order due to it being an app order. No manager has reached out so I guess it’s time to speak with corporate.

  Very poor experience at Taco Bell. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick up my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food place. What made it worse was that the staff showed no concern—no updates, no apology, nothing.
