    I made the mistake of not checking online reviews first. I completed and paid for an order through my subway app and sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there he was informed that they had cancelled the order because the store does not honor deals through the app. Any time I have tried using a deal through the app that a location does not accept the app states that location does not accept that deal and will not complete transaction/take coupon off total. This reeks of a bait and switch of where they either do not want corporate aware they are not a part of deals/or they hope customers will get there and pay full price. Unfortunately my husband did pay full price because of the time and not wanting to be inconvenienced additionally by going elsewhere. There is no reason to argue or abuse the employee for a decision made above them and they must follow. The employee implied that the online deal was supposed to end in March, but after looking at reviews here it is clear that this is a terrible pattern by this location. It's an easy decision not to go back to this location when the service is dishonest. This location/owner/manager does not have a customer first mentality, and from the copious reviews with the same issue has no intention of addressing this concern. I will gladly support locations who do provide quality service.

    I placed online order BOGO using my sub club. I get there to pick it up & lady says, owner says I have to void that order we don't do free subs anymore. I said, it's an online order I placed & she said I had to pay for the other sub & I told her I wasn't going to because if they don't participate with the online sub club benefits then they need to let subway corporate know that. I told her my card is already charged & I'm not waiting the 5 days to get it back, so we need to figure it out. She had the slips in her hand. I told her it's not her fault, but I'm not paying for 2 subs. As I'm speaking to her the phone rings and she picks it up & turns her back to me! I said excuse me but we are talking...she totally ignored me. I said, ok, now I do have a problem with you & your service. I told her I wanted both receipts & the owners phone number & name. She wouldn't l. Don't go there, they are just trying to get you to buy the other sub. I found out that if a store doesn't participate,the order won't go thru at that location.

    Avoid this location. I placed an order for three subs using valid Subway coupons, drove there, and was told the order had been voided. No notification, no explanation, nothing. Wasted trip, wasted time, and zero accountability. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this store in the future.

    Ordered a BOGO free sub. Paid for my food and when I got there they said it was voided bc the owner doesn’t do that deal. Maybe let subway app know that and don’t take peoples money . Won’t be back
